Located in Lancaster, PA, The Brownie Pop Company, LLC was created by baker and owner, Christina Tate ( me!).  The little bakery specializing in gourmet brownie pops and other fun desserts, offers  signature recipes baked from scratch. Each dessert is made fresh to order.

 

 The idea of a brownie bakery sprouted from my husband's love of peanut butter. I sought  to create a peanut butter brownie, as my husband is not fond of cake. So, through trial and error, the peanut butter brownie was created! I took it one step further topping it with a decadent chocolate ganache! After all, everything is better with chocolate!

 

Since the peanut butter brownie was a success among family and friends, I wondered what other flavors I could think up! So I created a bunch of fun, delicious new flavors that would change the way that people think of  brownies!

Here's where the stick comes in! What's better than a treat that you can enjoy on the go? Brownie pops and other treats on a popsicle stick are #1- SUPER fun to eat, #2 even more fun to bring to a party and share and #3- clean up is a breeze ( you're welcome!) :)

All brownies are baked fresh to order and are packaged and can be delivered. The Brownie Pop Company bakes for vendor events in Lancaster, parties, weddings, etc. and personal orders.

I find joy in creating custom, one of a kind orders for my customers. I like to get to know them and provide treats that they are proud to serve and share with friends, family or at events.
